The staff is helpful, the breakfast light, the ocation is decent near to Union Square and China Town, Resturant's and the center.

The place was quirky, fairly clean, had very good staff and location.

Totally fairly nice stay in this hotel. Staff and location were perfect, I loved it. There were good beds and an iron with ironing board, a TV and a radio inside the room.

I had very lovely days staying at this extreme hotel. Lovely food and welcoming service provided with smiles. Delightful view, a big balcony, good bed, too. Wine bar was great and reasonably priced.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in San Francisco. The hotel had a very central location and it was an easy walk to Metreon. Situated in a great area. Terrific services, good Wi-Fi.

Food was affordable, gentle staff, bed was lovely. Liked staying here, my room was silent and had TV with cable channels, complementary tea and bedside cubbies. The hotel was conveniently situated.

nice bathroom with bidet; well-mannered staff. lots of options for breakfast, different coffee, cereal, fruit, butter and pastries. double room was great, everything was brand-new. impeccable location to a libeskind-designed cultural center.

Facilities were beautiful, even so Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Excellent value for money for San Francisco. Just superb location and efficient service. The staff was always welcoming, room was appropriate and sumptuous. The food was delightful, had lots of options. Lounge bar with a piano and a terrace onsite.

The reason we liked it was wonderful location and staff. Big size suite and comfortable bed. The venue was conveniently set in a fantastic area. A bustling square was also near the hotel.

The location was top, gorgeous breakfast, excellent value for money. The personnel were eager to help and they provided fantastic service. Large bedrooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Close to a cable car station, walking distance to shopping centre and a market. Pool was brilliant and there was an exceptional restaurant on site. Tasty cocktails and wines in the downstairs bar, safe parking place.

Enchanting hotel, excellent value for money, what else to wish for. Breakfast had something for everyone - coffee, pastries, butter, fruit and cereal. Quiet room, incredible bed and LUXURY bathroom. They made my stay luxury. Easy check-in.

Excellent value for money in a MODERN hotel. All good — we loved our stay — food was high quality and extremely hospitable staff. We had an executive queen and simply decorated room. Beach bar was fantastic!

Tasteful decor and the whole hotel was overall very nice. There was a nice restaurant, a mall and a market next door. Amazing service within 16 miles of the airport. Very good staff, big bedrooms. Marvellous breakfast : I loved fruit, coffee, butter, cereals and pastries. Green garden and good pool area.

The bathroom I had was too small.

the hotel was very clean and in an excellent location. booked a deluxe king room with tv and ironing facilities. just a 20-minute stroll to the center. loved beard papa's bakery, it was really close to the property and offered nice treats.

Their breakfast was very basic.

So glad we choose it, it's GREAT place for staying in San Francisco. In addition, free WiFi was a plus.

Great place for a 2-night stay. Only 20 min walk to downtown. There is restaurant The Keystone at the premises. The bed was comfy, we really enjoyed it.

Good location to Oakland International airport, just 25 minutes by car. The breakfast was great, as always. All main attractions such as china town were near to this hotel. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Union Square district...
